We assist buyers at every stage from searching for a home to moving in, taking up to 3% for this service initially, with plans to increase this to 10%.

We are currently operating in six markets with significant new home inventory and have shown a positive trend in GMV, MQLs, and revenue.

Our metrics indicate strong financial health and efficiency at scale, with a solid annualized run rate, decreasing CAC, and increasing LTV.
