Introducing Code First Girls, an initiative dedicated to empowering women and underrepresented minorities in tech.

Our mission is to give women the unfair advantage in tech by training more women to code than the entire UK university system, leading to impressive growth in both revenue and users.

The demand for tech talent is insatiable, with the market expected to grow sixfold by 2025, yet currently, there will only be one qualified woman for every 115 programming roles by that year.

Code First Girls has created a new model that benefits both employers and candidates with a focus on community support, diversity, and a comprehensive educational structure, leading to 100% job placement.

Since FY19/20, we've experienced explosive growth with over 80 new clients, including major banks and government sectors, and a strong community of 80,000 women learned to code for free.

Our community drives our defensibility, providing access to a unique dataset of women tech candidates and establishing a network effect that attracts tech employers globally.
